Www.supercardrive.gr is the online shop for the presentation and sale of services and products via the internet of KARTLAND PALLINIS LTD, which is based in Anthousas 8 Avenue, in Greece. The company has as its object the go-kart, the car rental and the organization of events.
Before you enter the e-shop and browse our web site, we ask you to consult the terms and conditions that apply specifically to the use of the online store, which is located at www.supercardrive.gr .

Therefore , these terms of use may be reviewed and updated at any time and without notice. Users of the site are kindly requested to periodically check these terms for any changes, as the use of the web site implies that they accept all possible modifications.
- SERVICES
The company through its web site presents and sells services of driving experiences and events through prepaid vouchers. In the voucher there is a registered name, the service it has purchased and it is done under the responsibility of the beneficiary. The service may be served only once and only by appointment with proof of identity, voucher and any additional documents that may be requested in accordance with the type of service for which you are informed during your communication about the appointment.
The validity of the voucher is nine ( 9 ) months from the date of ordering and completion of the purchase. Vouchers are not accepted after the expiration date.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The content of the web site is the online shop for the presentation and sale of services and products of the company. The content in its entirety is protected by intellectual property rights in accordance with applicable law and the company maintains all intellectual property rights as well as ownership titles with regard to the content, all the copies created on it and all the copyrights of ownership.

- CANCELLETION OF ORDER
Please contact us by phone before your estimated order day at 2106668323 and ask us to cancel it. To cancel an order without any charge, your parcel should not have leave the company. If your order has already leave (deliveries from the courier company are made from Monday to Friday until 16.30) then you will be charged for the transportation and shipping cost of € 6. Orders already sent by e-mail are not canceled.
- INFORMATIVE E-MAIL
The company can periodically send informative e-mails. if you do not wish to receive more informative emails or wish to be completely deleted from your company’s new shipping system, you will have the right to be deleted by clicking on the drop-down button that is included as a selection in our e-mail newsletter.
